After you have purchased your Firearm online, ensure being shipped to: Apollo Drive location above; not to Firearms Training Academy Location in National Harbor, MD 2. Save order confirmation email. 3. When your firearm arrives at our FFL, we will contact you and ask that you schedule a time to come in to our Apollo location. for Appointment #1 to begin Transfer Process. 4. For Appt #1, bring with you: -Current & Up-to-Date Maryland Driver's License - Handgun Qualification License (HQL) or Exempt Docs -77R1 with Application # and 4-Digit Pin Number -Credit Card for MSP NIC Background check - $10.00 Important Information Regarding NICS Background Check (Brandy Law): There are three outcomes for the background check: https://www.ojp.gov/pdffiles1/bjs/231052.pdf For Appointment #2 (After a 7-Day MSP Wait), Return to Apollo Location. Bring document from MSP showing: 1. The Transfer May Proceed: You are approved and will be able to leave with the firearm. 2. The Transfer May NOT Proceed: Your background does not allow you to purchase a firearm 3. Is Delayed Pending Further Review: Wait 4. Backpack to conceal firearm ALL SALES ARE FINAL If you did not pass the federal background, you can return the item, if the item is unopened and unused in the original box, we will exchange it, or offer you store credit, less 25% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 3 business days of the issuance of the RMA. - A 15% open box fee in addition to the 25% restocking fee (totaling 40%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY ALL SALES ARE FINAL -- No Refund; No Exceptions. I acknowledge and accept these terms. ON-SITE/COURSE POLICY No Ammunition, nor Firearms, including concealed firearms are allowed on this facility, nor into the classroom, without advance approval -- which is a strict training environment. When permitted to bring firearms to class, Repeating, Do Not Bring Ammunition to class. All students will be required to read and sign a liability waiver prior to the start of class, for security reasons due to handling firearms. No Exceptions! The document will also include a Firearms Safety Briefing and Range Safety Briefing.
